CPI-613 is currently in three Phase I and I/II trials for multiple types of solid tumor and hematologic cancers.
Cornerstone’s ongoing clinical trials include:
1. Phase I/II of CPI-613 in patients with solid tumors or lymphomas
2. Phase I/II of CPI-613 in combination with Gemcitabine, with a focus on pancreatic cancer
3. Phase I trial in hematologic malignancies (blood cancers such as leukemia and lymphoma)
